We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely through Stripe.
Any change or cancellation request must reach us within 12 hours of your order, at cove.off@gmail.com, with your order number. Beyond that window, the order is usually already being prepared.
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us with the email you used to place the order and we'll locate it.
Yes, a dedicated field is available at checkout. Promo codes cannot be combined and may be subject to certain conditions (minimum order, validity period, etc.).
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping via Colissimo La Poste then takes 2 to 5 business days within metropolitan France, and 7 to 14 days for Europe.
Once your parcel ships, you receive an email with your La Poste tracking number and a direct link to track it. You'll also be notified at every status change (in preparation, shipped, delivered).
We currently ship to France and within the European Union. For any request outside the EU, please contact us by email and we will assess feasibility on a case-by-case basis.
Contact us within 48 hours after delivery at cove.off@gmail.com with your order number and, ideally, photos of the parcel. We'll open a claim with La Poste and offer a replacement or a refund.
Our pieces are designed with an oversized streetwear fit. If you hesitate between two sizes, pick the smaller one for a tighter fit, or the larger one for a relaxed look. Feel free to email us for personalized advice.

Machine wash at 30 °C max, inside out. Avoid the tumble dryer to preserve prints and cuts. Detailed instructions are on each item's label.
Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to return an unworn, unwashed item with its original tags. See our return policy for full details.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except for defective items, shipping errors on our side, or mismatches with the description — in those cases we cover the return in full.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return, on the original payment method. You'll get an email confirmation as soon as the refund is processed.
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track your orders, keep your history and speed up future purchases.
All payments are handled by Stripe, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the industry's strictest security standard. We never see or store your banking information.
